These Terms of Service govern use of this website and the software applications published by its owner, including the OAuth Gmail reader application and the FileHasher desktop application.
Sections 1–3 and 6 apply specifically to the OAuth Gmail reader application.
1. Purpose of the Application
This application is a personal-use software tool operated by its owner to access and process authorized Google account data for private productivity purposes, including email review and summary generation.
This application is not offered as a public commercial service or multi-user platform.
2. Authorized Use
Use of this application is limited to the application owner and any Google account explicitly authorized by the owner.
Unauthorized access or misuse of the application is prohibited.
3. Google Account Access
If you authorize this application to access your Google account, the application will only use the permissions granted through Google OAuth.
The application is intended to use granted access solely for its stated functionality and not for unrelated purposes.
4. No Warranty
This application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the application.
6. Data Handling
Use of data obtained through Google APIs is subject to the application’s Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.

9. FileHasher Desktop Application
FileHasher is a general-purpose file-hashing utility offered to the public for macOS and Windows. The macOS application is published by Fabian Santiago; the Windows application is published by FSP Productions, LLC.
Copies of FileHasher obtained through the Mac App Store are additionally governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Sections 4 (No Warranty), 5 (Limitation of Liability), 7 (Changes to These Terms), and 8 (Contact) apply to FileHasher. FileHasher processes data only locally on your device; see the Privacy Policy for details.
